We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only through PayPal. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

Antiques are a one-of-a-kind purchase. Their age predisposes them to wear appropriate to their use through the years. Returns will be accepted only for antique merchandise that is not as described. Returns are accepted 14 days after receipt of merchandise. All shipments are tracked for receipt by purchaser. Fulfillment mistakes that Bank Street Antique Mall makes resulting in the shipment of an incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 14 days from the date of purchase.

| Shipping Time -- Items are guaranteed to be shipped within 48 hours of finalization of payment. Furniture and merchandise requiring shipping via a freight carrier, will necessitate a professional packaging company. Quotes will be given and the purchaser may select the method of delivery. Freight charges will be assessed at the time this agreement is made.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Bank Street Antique Mall or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. |
